Welcome to the website of the Mini Cooper Register in the European Union. With a substantial number of members in many countries around the world, the Mini Cooper Register is a prominent international Mini club. While having so-called regions to organize local activities, sometimes in collaboration with other (local) clubs, it has become unavoidable to create a legal entity in the European Union to properly arrange liability, insurance and banking aspects. This resulted in setting up a new official club that acts as the Mini Cooper Register’s main branch in the European Union using the same name and logo. The Mini Cooper Register in the European Union covers the current BeNeLux and France regions and possible regions in the European Union that may still arise.
Consider not only that enjoying traditionally-powered cars as we currently do may be impacted by more stringent regulations, but also that youth is less and less confronted with classic cars and their technology, it is not unlikely that interest in and knowledge of these cars will slowly diminish. To address this, we believe that collaboration between Mini clubs is essential in keeping the Mini’s history and its community vivid in the upcoming decades. The novelty of the Mini Cooper Register in the European Union is that other Mini clubs can become a member to reflect such collaboration. A further ingredient are region-specific magazine(s) in the local language(s) and with local advertisers. The BeNeLux Mini Magazine represents such magazine for the BeNeLux. Membership of the Mini Cooper Register in the European Union allows Mini clubs to give their members access to these region-specific magazine(s) and also to a digital version of CooperWorld, the monthly club magazine of the Mini Cooper Register.
